Since 2018 it is also possible to use Bing Ads Scripts. Just like in Google Ads, you can use these Bing Ads scripts for reporting, exclusions, bids, and bid adjustments. Currently, the use of scripts in Bing Ads is in the beta phase, so things can change over time.
