
How it works
Unfortunately, you will still have to do some work here yourself, not everything is automated. But it's not too bad. If you want to add an account to the sheet, use the following steps:
- Put the name of the account in column A.
- Open the Quality Score Tracker document 'Dashboard + Summary' for this customer. Copy the part of the URL between '/ spreadsheets / d /' and '/ edit'. Place this code in column B.
- Permission must be given to retrieve the score from this document. If all goes well, after adding the code in column B, an error message will be displayed in column C. Move your mouse over it. A small window appears with the error message and an 'Allow' button. Click this button and ...
- ... voilá: the account has been added to the overview.
Grab a copy of the sheet!
You can add as many accounts as you want. Just copy row 2 to include the existing formulas to a new row. And if you use this document for a longer period of time, you may have to extend the bar with months.
